What should I do if I received a defective or wrong product or quantity?
If you received a defective or wrong product or quantity, please email us images of the product at sirajsscrubhub@gmail.com or call us at +923064531658 within 72 hours of delivery.
What is the product return policy of SirajScrubhub?
We accept returns for damaged or defective products. We also accept returns if you do not like or want the product, but only if the name is not engraved.
Can I return products if I have opened the packaging?
Yes, you can return products if they are unused, and the cards are intact and without engraving.

What should I do if my delivery is late or incorrect?

What should I do if I miss my delivery?
Our courier delivery partners will make 2 attempts to deliver your parcel. If you have missed both attempts, your order will be cancelled. Your payment will be refunded within 10 days of order cancellation, and up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card statement
What is the difference between “Order ID” and “Tracking ID”?
Your Order ID is used to identify your Order, while your Tracking ID will be sent to you after your order has been dispatched. You can find your Tracking ID in our Track Your Order page or through our courier partner.

Delivery typically takes 3-5 business days for major cities and up to 7 business days for remote areas.

Shipping charges vary based on the size and weight of your order. Standard rates are calculated at checkout.
